Arthur J Gallagher & Co. is one of the world’s largest insurance broker and risk management firm with a network of independent insurance brokers in more than 150 countries.
Langtons acted as Lead Advisors to the shareholders of Risk Services, providing assistance during financial due diligence and support and negotiation throughout the legal process.
The sale was completed successfully, with the vendors remaining post completion to continue the development and growth of the business within the AJG group.
