The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of E3 Cube has undertaken a MBO supported by debt funding provided by HSBC.

E3 Cube is a multi-disciplinary property consultancy that specialises in the education sector, providing a wide range of services to support clients with construction and property-related advice. The business is principally focused on securing funding from a variety of central Government competitive capital funding streams and then designing and delivering successfully funded capital projects.

How Langtons helped

Langtons acted for the SLT providing deal advisory services, including negotiation of Heads of Terms, commercial and financial input into the SPA, along with financial modelling and due diligence support in respect of the HSBC fundraise and MBO.

Results

The MBO was completed successfully, with the Directors planning to build on historic performance and, with new ideas, grow the business further.
