Brook Meadow Hotel is based in Childer Thornton and was built in the 1860’s, originally as a family home.
During the 1960’s, it housed an order of Franciscan monks, before being converted into a hotel in 1983.
Set in 3 acres of landscaped gardens, the hotel features 25 en-suite bedrooms, a conservatory, dining room, lounge, bar and 4 function rooms with capacity for 200 people.
Sheldrakes Restaurant is based in Lower Heswall on the Wirral, nestled on the banks of the River Dee.
