CS Financial Solutions Limited was established in 1987 in Liverpool, originally part of Griffiths & Armour Insurance Brokers.
In 2008, the business was acquired by Charles Stanley & Co, and has undergone a consolidation of its employee benefit business since that date.
The transaction was a Management Buy-Out (MBO) of CS Financial Solutions from Charles Stanley Group Plc by its current management team, lead by Paul McGuckin.
