Deal Background
The Bodyline Clinic, based in Wilmslow, provides medical weight loss support and long term weight management via clinics across the North West. Each clinic is operated by a medical team made up of nurses and overseen by the clinical director who is also an NHS consultant in public health.
The company has been acquired by Sally Ann Turner with the backing of funding provider MSIF through both an equity and mezzanine loan investment. This has enabled Sally Ann Turner to acquire the majority share capital of the company and support the expansion of the business.
